Backed by leading brand partners, we’re redefining how insurance is bought, sold, and managed.As a Partnership Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get the most value from our products and services. You will be responsible for building strong relationships within the European Automotive and Mobility space, driving customer success, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.Accountabilities:Be the focal point for all day to day operational queries with our affinity partner clientsEnsure partner performance standards are achievedEnsure revenue plans and income results are achievedManage relationships with our corporate partners and ensure outcomes are mutually beneficial in terms of growth and returnIdentify new opportunities and work with stakeholders to shape commercially viable responsesUnderstand key performance data and use this information to drive activity to support overall plan objectivesProvide commercial and technical guidance to wider sales and proposition development activityContribute to annual and other periodic planning Collaborate with the platform product teams to harness the innovation power of WriskEnsure all activity is compliant at all times Experience:MUST: Motor Insurance and/or Automotive Financial Services experienceMUST: First experience of managing corporate partnership and affinity relationships (B2B2x)Bachelors degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in account management/sales or a consulting firmRequirements:Commercially aware and able to effectively represent Wrisk’s interests and requirementsOperationally numerate - able to understand and interpret data and key performance indicatorsWell developed communication, presentation (incl. powerpoint) and negotiation skillsStrong project management skills and a good sense for predicting/ identifying and raising potential issuesMust be fluent in German and English; fluency in additional languages is preferredA problem solver, able to originate creative solutionsLocation:Munich office, and home office Frequent travel to our corporate partner client offices Competitive compensationAttractive pension schemeFun and experienced team, passionate about building something bigLast but not least: Chance to be an instrumental part of a fast growing innovative, multinational company and to make the difference in the automotive/ mobility insurance partnership space
