We are seeking a Sales Support Representative in freight forwarding to join our dynamic team in Elefsina.

As a sales Support you will assist the sales team by providing customer service, handling inquiries, and generating quotes. You will manage documentation, coordinate with carriers, and ensure shipments meet compliance.

Responsibilities

·         Monitoring the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and secure transport of cargo

·         Serve the primary point of contact to customers

·         Help the sales team by handling administrative tasks, preparing presentations, and supporting them in client meetings.

·         Coordinating with Carriers by communicate with shipping to finalize booking and handle logistical details.

·         Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·         Familiarity with ORIAN is a plus.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

·         High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

·         Proven experience in Road Freight Operations will be a plus.
