SASMAR is excited to announce an opening for an Order Processing Clerk to join our vibrant team. As a fast-growing pharmaceutical company headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, with operations in Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Malta, London, and Chicago, we specialize in personal care and fertility products, including our well-known Conceive Plus brand. Our extensive distribution network spans over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.

In the role of Order Processing Clerk, you will be central to the management of order entry and processing, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the efficiency of our order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify order details, including pricing and product availability.
  • Communicate with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist in resolving any order-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
  • Generate reports on order status and fulfillment metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and provide support.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance order processing efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in order processing, fulfillment, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with order management systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes is a plus.
