Sioufas & Associates Law Firm, a leading Greek law firm with offices in three major cities of Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, and Patras), and Romania (Bucharest), is currently looking for an experienced Operations Officer to join our dynamic, motivating and highly skilled Business Analysts team in Athens.

Position Overview

This role will be responsible for supporting all departments within the Legal Department, focusing on administrative tasks required as part of their daily activities and new requests by clients, as well as providing assistance with the implementation of various projects and key priorities.

This is a crucial role in supporting our legal team by handling various administrative tasks, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Support in the production, processing, and management of data and files received by internal units and clients.
  • Compare, verify, consolidate data against inputs received from databases/reports.
  • Support various legal activities, adhering to specific deadlines.
  • Analyze data and monitor the workflow of the legal services department.
  • Prepare and maintain reports.
  • Assist in the implementation of projects in co-operation with the Business Analysts.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and various teams within the Legal Department to support the enhancement and automation of processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests and analyze/evaluate requirements from different departments, preparing relevant reports and improvement proposals.
  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative and office tasks role.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent planning, time-management, goal-setting, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams and work in a team-oriented environment.
