Empiria Group is looking for an Operations Manager for Acron Villas in Paros.

Role Description
The Villas Operation Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the villas, ensuring that all processes and services meet the high standards of quality and service.

• Manage and coordinate staff and all daily activities of the villa.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Handle guest complaints, special requests, and problem resolution to ensure the best possible guest experience and memorable stay.
• Collaborate with the hotel team to achieve goals and improve the guest experience.
• Oversee the villa's operational budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and guest feedback
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies

• Previous experience in a similar position in the luxury accommodation hospitality sector.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Greek and basic knowledge of English.
