You’ll work across teams and functions to streamline operations, drive clarity and rhythm, and remove friction as we scale. Your focus will evolve over time but will include:
- Data & Reporting – Support data-driven decision-making across the business. Develop regular reporting cadences, spot trends, and use insights to support recommendations and track performance.
- Operating Rhythm – Help create structure and clarity around how we operate. Codify best practices, improve business processes, and reduce inefficiencies so every team can do their best work.
- Culture & Values – Partner with leadership to embed our values – Courage, Curiosity, Collaboration, and Integrity – into how we work, hire, and grow as a team.
- Special Projects & Pathfinding – Collaborate directly with the COO and CEO on strategic projects, new initiatives, and business-critical experiments that don’t yet have a playbook.
