Operations Developer - Remote

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Operations Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you'll develop internal software tools that enhance our operational efficiency while collaborating directly with the COO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal software tools using Make.com, Supabase and GristDb
• Implement web solutions to support company operations
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress and align on priorities
• Report directly to the COO on project status and outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our internal systems

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with full-stack web development
• Familiarity with JavaScript and web technologies
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Supabase or similar database technologies
• Knowledge of React, Vue, or other modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with automation workflow tools like Make.com, N8N, or Zapier
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Understanding of API design and implementation
