Position: On Call RN Home Health Nurse

Location: Various locations within Flint and surrounding areas

As an On Call Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering quality healthcare, responding to patient needs, and making a significant difference in our patients' lives.

Your responsibilities will include triaging patient calls, conducting home visits, and managing admissions as necessary. Flexibility and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential in this role.

• Current and valid RN License in Michigan
• Previous experience in home health preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Availability to be on call as required
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and meetings
