We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Officer – Finance and Accounts to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience with ERP systems, Tally, and financial analysis, ensuring smooth financial operations, accurate reporting, and insightful analysis to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain and update financial records in Tally and ERP systems.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, ledgers, and vendor payments.
2. Financial Analysis & Budgeting
- Conduct financial analysis to track expenses, revenue, and profitability.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial performance improvements.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in Tally.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain vendor relationships.
4. Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations and financial audits.
- Work with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
5. ERP & Process Improvement
- Optimize financial workflows using ERP systems and automation tools.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Train team members on best practices in financial reporting and ERP usage.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in finance and accounts.
- Proficiency in Tally and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others).
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS) and compliance regulations.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills for financial reporting and data analysis (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
