Job Overview: We are seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Nursing Recruitment Scheduler. This role requires a fast learner who can efficiently manage multiple responsibilities while thriving in a high-paced, high-stress environment. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, experienced in scheduling, and capable of handling a high volume of calls daily.Key Responsibilities: Make a minimum of 20 calls per hour or at least 160 calls per day to schedule nursing interviews. Efficiently coordinate and manage a high volume of interview appointments. Adapt quickly to new processes and expectations within a few weeks of onboarding. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling multiple tasks. Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in recruitment or scheduling. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently. Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations. Make a minimum of 20 calls per hour or at least 160 calls per day
