Junior Analyst - Principal Investments team​

The Job​

As a Junior Analyst in Principal Investments, you will undertake challenging and varying tasks that offer participation in both investment processes and active ownership of large companies within life sciences. The job will offer you a comprehensive skillset that constitutes a steppingstone for a career within investment banking, management consulting, or private equity.​

The position will challenge your professional, academic, and intellectual capacity, and your tasks will include:​

• Contributing to financial analyses of potential investment cases by creating and updating valuation models​
• Conducting strategic and commercial analyses of potential investments and the markets they operate in​
• Collecting, structuring and efficiently communicating information on potential or existing investments​

Together with other Junior Analysts, you will join a strong team of ~30 investment professionals with international experience from management consulting, private equity, investment banking, and the life science industry. ​

The workload will be approximately 20 hours a week with flexibility in relation to your studies.​

Academic & Professional Qualifications​

We are ideally looking for candidates who:​

• Are on the 2nd or 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree or have just initiated a master’s degree within finance, economics, management and/or strategy​
• Have achieved excellent academic results.
• Possess strong verbal and written skills in English​
• Have experience with the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint​
• Are analytically strong with an ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail​
• Have strong communication skills and work in a structured and independent manner​
