This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing and customer service, seeking to assist Nordic-speaking clients in enhancing their online presence.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO services.Assist clients with their service-related questions, including campaign management, analytics interpretation, and account setup.Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and service improvements.Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO to provide relevant advice and insights to clients.Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancement initiatives. Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) and English, both written and spoken.Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions under pressure.Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.A keen interest in digital marketing, SEO, and online business strategies.
