Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present an entry-level opportunity for Nordic Speaking Customer Care representatives within our innovative Artificial Intelligence Department, located in vibrant Greece with free relocation.

This position is perfect for individuals fluent in any Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) who are enthusiastic about technology and customer service.

In this dynamic role, you will support our Nordic-speaking customers with inquiries related to our AI products and services. Your core responsibilities will involve assisting users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding our AI products and services
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to enhance user experience
  • Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI technology and product offerings
  • Engage in ongoing training sessions to develop expertise in AI customer care
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
  • No prior experience required, but a strong interest in technology is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus
