In this pivotal role, you will engage with clients from Nordic countries, offering expert support and guidance in the realm of online payments. As e-commerce continues to flourish, the demand for robust and secure payment solutions is increasing, and your expertise will be crucial in ensuring client success.In your role, you will advise clients on the best payment solutions that fit their unique needs while assisting them throughout the implementation process. If you are passionate about technology, finance, and delivering excellent customer service, we would love to have you on our team!Your ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional consultancy services to Nordic-speaking clients regarding online payment solutions.Assist clients in the onboarding process and implement customized payment systems.Oversee transaction processes and provide troubleshooting support to ensure seamless operations.Educate clients on payment compliance and security measures relevant to their market.Collaborate with technical teams to enhance service offerings based on client feedback.Keep detailed documentation of client interactions and solutions in our CRM system. Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
