We are currently in search of a Nordic Speaking Consultant for our Online Payment Solutions Department. This role is ideal for individuals deeply interested in financial technology and cutting-edge online payment systems, aiming to provide excellent consulting services to our diverse clientele.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with Nordic-speaking clients to identify their needs related to online payment solutions.Offer tailored advice and support in the implementation and optimization of online payment systems for various enterprises.Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients’ existing payment processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and security.Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver all-encompassing solutions that meet client expectations.Navigate clients through complex payment regulations and compliance issues.Keep abreast of industry developments and innovations in online payment solutions to provide clients with accurate information.Cultivate and maintain enduring, trust-based relationships with clients through superior service and communication. Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) and English; additional language skills are a plus.Demonstrated experience in consulting, especially in the realm of online payment solutions or financial technology.Strong understanding of payment systems, gateways, and relevant compliance frameworks.Excellent analytical capabilities with a knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to clients.Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple projects efficiently.
