In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals, developing business plans tailored to your territory, and achieving or exceeding sales goals in a compliant and ethical manner. This role combines in-person and virtual customer engagement, strategic planning, and collaborative execution. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated by improving patient outcomes in the mental health space.Accountabilities:Drive territory sales performance by engaging with healthcare providers and mental health centers both in-person and virtuallyUnderstand local market dynamics and provide insights to inform resource allocation and strategic planningBuild deep product and disease state knowledge to effectively communicate clinical valueCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize formulary access and business opportunitiesMaintain timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, expenses, and territory performance metricsEnsure all activities comply with ethical standards and company policiesContribute to a high-performing, collaborative sales culture by sharing best practices and supporting peers Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionMinimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biologic, or medical device sales; 3+ years in specialty sales preferredExperience in antipsychotic or bipolar disorder treatments strongly preferredValid driver’s license and safe driving recordDemonstrated ability to adapt to virtual/telemedicine environmentsProven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business strategiesEntrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative, collaboration, and decision-making skillsWillingness to travel, including overnight stays and periodic visits to company headquarters Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000Opportunity to work with cutting-edge neuroscience products that impact livesPerformance-based incentives and bonus structureComprehensive health and wellness benefitsProfessional training and development opportunitiesCollaborative and inclusive company cultureBusiness travel reimbursementCareer advancement in a growing biopharmaceutical environmentJobgether hiring process disclaimer This job is posted on behalf of one of our partner companies.
