Doman Building Materials is an exciting place to work as a National Accounts Specialist.  Operating in every province except P.E.I., as the National Accounts Specialist, you will interact with other departments to solve problems, provide answers and information, and assist in managing the national accounts activities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of a 4-person department, the National Accounts Specialist role is integral in the day-to-day sales administration and marketing support functions of a dynamic National Accounts team, contributing to customer growth and success. This role has secondary reporting responsibilities to the Director, Eastern Canada to support the Rona business.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer product and price databases, generating sales reports, standardizing and producing national price pages for selected product lines, completing product onboarding, managing online product and customer-based portals, and assisting with the coordination of regional/national shows.

ABOUT YOU

You have a passion for distribution and/or retailer sales administration, and you have a flair for anticipating and meeting the needs of customers. You possess strong problem-solving skills, can multi-task, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively, while being a stickler for details and accuracy.

You understand how sales or marketing play an integral role in driving sales in a company. You also have talents in coordinating information and programs and understand the importance of handling confidential information with discretion.

You have at least three years of related sales or marketing administration and support experience combined with your advanced knowledge of Excel.  If this describes you, check us out!

LINGUISTIC REQUIREMENTS

• Able to clearly communicate, written and verbal methods, with internal and external parties professionally and courteously.
• Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.

EDUCATION

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline is an asset.
