About The Role 
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic Marketing & Brand Communication team to oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, comprehensive omnichannel marketing plans, and impactful product launches. This role involves managing multi-channel campaigns, analysing market trends, tracking brand performance, and identifying opportunities for innovation within the product portfolio. You will work closely with Marketing and Brand Communication Lead on a regular basis. 

What you will do but not limited to:

  • Take full ownership and manage the end-to-end development of go-to-market strategies, marketing plans, and execution for product launches. 
  • Develop comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans that integrate Above-the-Line (ATL), Below-the-Line (BTL), and digital marketing strategies.  
  • Ensure all elements—from creative concepts to tactical execution—deliver a consistent brand message and engage target audiences effectively by leveraging a mix of advertising, social media, influencer partnerships, events, and public relations to create holistic campaigns. 
  • Track brand health metrics, such as but not limited to market share, brand awareness, and customer sentiment, to assess the effectiveness of ongoing initiatives.  
  • Use dashboards and reporting tools to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures to maintain a strong brand presence in the market. 
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand evolving consumer behaviors, preferences, and purchasing patterns.  
  • Study competitor strategies and activities to benchmark performance and identify potential gaps or opportunities. 
  • Analyse the existing product portfolio to pinpoint gaps and propose innovative solutions to meet emerging market demands. 
  • Continuously evaluate marketing initiatives to optimize effectiveness and adapt plans based on performance metrics and market feedback. 
  • Manage third-party vendors from briefing, campaign delivery, and performance measurement. 
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities majoring in economics, marketing, communication, business major, or equivalent experience. 
  • Min. of 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience preferably in B2B/B2C Tech, E-commerce industry, or FMCG. 
  • Detail oriented and strong creative abilities to conceptualize, develop, and implement 
  • Demonstrated success in building brands, with a strong focus on omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, portfolio management, and innovation development. 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared objectives. 
  • Excellent skills in strategic planning and analytical reasoning. 
  • Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude individual.
