Anna's House, a beloved Michigan chain with 12 cozy breakfast spots, is looking for a Marketing Manager/Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life! We’re searching for someone with a contagious energy, a knack for storytelling, and a passion for making our restaurants the go-to place for pancakes, coffee, and good vibes.

What You’ll Do:

• Create eye-catching graphics for menus, social media, ads, and in-store displays that scream “breakfast bliss.”
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our 12 locations (think Instagram reels, local events, and more).
• Manage our social media accounts with posts that make followers hungry for more.
• Collaborate with our team to launch promotions, seasonal specials, and community initiatives.
• Analyze campaign results to keep our marketing fresh and effective.

Who You Are:

• Outgoing and upbeat—you light up a room and connect easily with people.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or both (restaurant or hospitality experience is a bonus!).
• Skilled in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Canva, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• A self-starter who can juggle multiple projects while keeping the coffee brewing.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a love for breakfast food and Michigan pride!
