We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to drive brand growth, offline marketing, and customer retention efforts. This role requires a hands-on marketer with a deep understanding of brand marketing, retail marketing, and customer engagement strategies. You will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive footfall, and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
- Lead brand storytelling initiatives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to refine brand strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Offline & Retail Marketing
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including events, in-store activations, and experiential marketing.
- Partner with retail teams to optimize in-store branding, merchandising, and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop strategic partnerships with malls, retail stores, and other offline channels to increase brand presence.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of offline campaigns, ensuring ROI-driven marketing initiatives.
Customer Retention & Engagement
- Design and implement customer loyalty programs to improve retention and lifetime value.
- Develop targeted campaigns to re-engage existing customers and drive repeat purchases.
- Leverage customer data and analytics to personalize marketing efforts and enhance customer experiences.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to create a seamless omnichannel customer journey.
Collaboration & Performance Tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams (digital marketing, sales, product) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and key marketing metrics to optimize strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand marketing, offline marketing, and customer retention.
- Proven expertise in executing successful retail marketing campaigns and offline activations.
- Strong analytical skills to track marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools, loyalty programs, and customer engagement platforms is a plus.
