Apply NowThe Marketing Copywriter and Editor is a key member of the Creative Team, blending strong writing skills with strategic insight and editorial excellence. The role works closely with Bethel’s Marketing Manager to execute marketing materials for campaigns to support the overall vision of Bethel.
The marketing copywriter and editor is responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive written content for marketing materials, such as website copy, emails, social media posts, advertisements etc, to engage the target audience and drive desired call to actions. They are responsible for effectively communicating Bethel’s brand message and value proposition while working closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of their writing.
In addition to copywriting skills, this role requires a deep understanding of marketing principles, audience engagement, and persuasive storytelling to drive awareness, engagement, and action. This person is responsible for crafting compelling, brand-aligned copy that reflects the heart, voice, and tone of Bethel Church and its ministries, ensuring every piece of content serves a broader marketing objective. From digital to print, social media to email campaigns, this person ensures consistency in messaging and maintains high editorial standards in alignment with Bethel’s style guides (AP Style combined with Bethel’s tone).
Beyond content creation, this role also supports various teams by providing content reviews, and guidance to maintain a cohesive brand voice across all communication platforms.
