Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and operations to optimize manufacturing processesConduct process simulations, time studies, and capacity analysis to identify areas for improvementDevelop and implement strategies to reduce production costs and improve productivityDesign, develop, and improve manufacturing methods, tools, and equipmentUse statistical analysis and process control techniques to monitor and validate manufacturing process performanceEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all manufacturing processesTrain and mentor production operators on new tools, equipment, and processesParticipate in the development and execution of continuous improvement initiativesConduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for corrective actionsCollaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize the supply chain and improve quality and delivery performance Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering within the Aviation & Aerospace industryProficiency in process simulation software such as Arena, Matlab, or SIMUL8Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and toolsKnowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teamsExperience with project management and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)Proven track record of driving process optimization and cost reduction initiativesAbility to travel to client sites as needed MedicalDentalVisionRetirement Plan (401k, IRA)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Salary $85K-$113K
