Over 10 years of experience in education management, with a focus on curriculum development and place-based education.Strong experience scaling educational programs in global, multi-location environments.Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring diverse teams and fostering a collaborative culture.Expertise in integrating local culture and context into educational programs.Data-driven approach to tracking progress, measuring student outcomes, and optimizing processes.Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating cross-functionally and managing relationships with academic providers.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and a passion for innovative, impactful learning solutions.
