MISSION
The Manager, Human Resources is a key member of the leadership team that will oversee all functions related to Human Resources, including bi-weekly payroll processing, benefits administration (extended health and dental program, GRSP program, pension program), recruitment and selection, managing employee relations matters, disability management, facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes. You will sit on the Employee and Employer Relations Committee (EERC) as one of the employer representatives and participate as a member of the collective bargaining team.
