AHS, a premier name in luxury real estate development, is seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases our luxurious properties and captures the essence of our brand. You will work collaboratively with marketing and design teams to create engaging visual narratives that resonate with our upscale clientele.ResponsibilitiesEdit and assemble recorded footage into polished videos for marketing and promotional purposesCollaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with marketing goalsUse motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video contentEnsure brand consistency and quality across all video projectsManage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesReview raw footage and select the best takes for editingCoordinate with on-camera talent to ensure cohesive storytellingStay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve editing skillsProvide input on new ideas for video content that engages and informs our audienceUpload finished videos to various platforms and optimize for web and social media Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related fieldProven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in the luxury real estate or related industry (3-5 years)Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and motion graphics software (After Effects, etc.)Strong understanding of video production processes and visual storytellingExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of qualityCreative mindset with a strong sense of narrative and aestheticsAbility to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience with color grading and audio post-production is a plusPortfolio showcasing previous video editing work, particularly in luxury or lifestyle industries.
