AHS, a leading luxury real estate developer, is seeking a highly creative and talented Creative Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a flair for design and a passion for storytelling, aiming to craft engaging content that highlights the elegance of our luxury properties. As a Creative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's narrative and visual identity.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional contentDevelop and design digital assets that align with AHS's luxury branding and positioningConduct market research to identify design trends and customer preferences in the luxury real estate marketSupport the creation of engaging multimedia content, such as videos and animations, to enhance marketing initiativesAssist in maintaining the company’s visual standards and ensuring brand consistency across all channelsWork closely with external vendors and agencies to oversee creative projects and ensure timely deliveryParticipate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and strategiesProvide input and support for events, exhibitions, and presentations, ensuring a cohesive aestheticStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and marketing Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProven experience in a creative role, ideally within luxury real estate, advertising, or related industries (7 years)Strong portfolio that showcases a range of design projects reflecting creativity and attention to detailProficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, INDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a teamUnderstanding of branding principles and marketing strategiesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesA passion for luxury design and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visualsExperience with video editing and multimedia content creation is a plusCreative mindset with an eagerness to explore new ideas and approaches.
