AHS, an esteemed leader in luxury real estate development, is seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer and Rendering Executive to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating stunning 3D visualizations and renderings that bring our luxury properties to life. Your expertise will help communicate design concepts to stakeholders and prospective buyers, enhancing the overall presentation of our high-end projects.ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for luxury residential and commercial propertiesCollaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and specificationsCreate photorealistic visuals that accurately represent materials, lighting, and texturesDevelop and maintain a library of 3D assets, textures, and lighting setups for use in projectsUtilize advanced 3D modeling and rendering software (such as V-Ray, SketchUp, 3ds Max) to create compelling visualsEnsure all visualizations are consistent with AHS’s brand standards and aesthetic principlesIncorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine renderings and improve overall qualityAssist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures and presentations, utilizing your visual skillsStay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance rendering techniquesManage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality in work produced Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related fieldProven experience as a 3D Visualizer or Rendering Executive, preferably in luxury real estate (3-5 years)Strong portfolio showcasing extensive 3D renderings and visualizations for high-end projectsProficient in 3D modeling and rendering software (V-Ray, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.)Solid understanding of architectural principles, design aesthetics, and visual storytellingExcellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality visualization and designAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentStrong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and technical detailsKnowledge of animation and motion graphics is a plus.
