• Experience of loading shovel operations
• Experience of silage clamp work
• A good attention to detail and strong commitment to environmental protection
• Experience of large scale farming operations
• Professional manner
• Proactive and flexible approach to work
• Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
• Ability to work under own initiative but also as part of a multifunctional team
