You will learn from the best, and work along side the future greats of the gaming industry.Key Duties IncludeDesign and implement game levels that are challenging, engaging, and visually compellingCollaborate with the game design team to develop and refine level objectives and gameplay mechanicsWork closely with environment artists to ensure that each level is aesthetically pleasing and cohesive with the game's overall visual styleEnsure that game levels are properly balanced and offer appropriate levels of challenge for the playerConduct playtesting and iterate on level designs based on player feedbackWork with technical artists and programmers to solve any technical issues related to level designStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in level design At least 3 years of professional experience in level design for video gamesStrong understanding of level design principles, including pacing, flow, and balanceProficiency in level design tools such as Unreal EngineKnowledge of scripting and programming languages commonly used in game developmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesPassion for video games and a desire to create memorable player experiences 25 Days Holiday, plus 1 day for your birthdayStudio Shutdown between Christmas and New YearDiscretionary Bonus SchemePrivate Pension SchemePrivate HealthcareHealth and Well-Being Benefits
