This is a high-impact leadership role for a product designer who wants to ship brilliant experiences and move the metric that matters.What You'll Do: Own the design vision for core product areas, connecting business objectives to human needs with clarity and convictionLead design reviews and present design solutions clearly to engineering, product management, and other stakeholdersDrive design from zero-to-one blue sky initiatives to fast, iterative experiments that validate, learn, and deliverAdvocate and be a bold voice for the user and the customer. Hold the business accountable to CSAT, NPS, and the lived experience of our productLead end-to-end design processes from user research, conceptual sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applicationsMaintain design systems and component libraries that scale excellence across every team and surfacePartner deeply with product, engineering, marketing, and support to shape and ship end-to-end experiencesWhat You'll Bring: 8+ years of product design experience across mobile and web applications. Experience shipping products that influence business metricsDemonstrated experience in designing user-centric digital products, with a strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and usability principles. You combine data and gut with equal strengthFluency in Figma, plus experience creating and evolving scalable design systemsA portfolio that shows both your taste and your thinking — we want to see how you solve problems, not just how you polish pixelsProven ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiencesComfort working in ambiguity, fast cycles, and high-stakes decisions.
