We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Engineer with deep expertise in AI technologies, tools, and AI agents to help revolutionize digital content creation. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and leading the development of an AI-powered Digital Content OS that automates manual workflows in digital content companies.

The future of content creation is evolving—AI and technology will transform processes such as ideation, content generation, distribution, and monetization, allowing human input to focus primarily on creative execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop an AI-powered Digital Content OS from the ground up, focusing on the content ideation module (recommendation systems).
• Gain deep insights into digital content workflows and integrate them seamlessly into the product.
• Build robust data pipelines and integrate third-party systems while ensuring data integrity for powering recommendation engines.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team from scratch.
• Work with a lean team to rapidly develop and deliver MVPs across different modules.
•  Hands-on coding and development—this is NOT a hands-off leadership role.

Key Qualifications:

•  4-8 years of hands-on coding experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in modern web technologies or a strong willingness to learn.
• Strong background in building AI-first applications, particularly leveraging LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. 
• Experience with serverless architectures, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). 
• Deep understanding of scalable architectures and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) or founding a startup is highly valued.
