Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.Willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen leadership.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Must have flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
