Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Amazon PPC Specialist to support our brands’ Amazon advertising strategies. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly analytical, and passionate about e-commerce marketing. This role will assist in managing PPC campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing advertising efforts to help drive sales and profitability. The Junior PPC Specialist will work closely with senior team members and gain hands-on experience in Amazon advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in PPC Strategy Execution: Support the development and implementation of Amazon PPC strategies to enhance sales, improve return on ad spend (ROAS), and drive profitability.
- Campaign Setup & Management: Help create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid adjustments, and ad copy optimization.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Regularly track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in implementing optimization strategies.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending aligned with business objectives.
- Competitor & Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to support campaign planning.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate basic performance reports and provide key insights to senior team members and stakeholders.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align PPC efforts with broader business goals.
- Industry Learning & Development: Stay updated on Amazon’s advertising platform, policies, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in managing or assisting with Amazon PPC campaigns, preferably in an e-commerce or agency setting.
- Basic understanding of Amazon Advertising tools (Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Knowledge of keyword research, bid adjustments, and campaign optimization.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Proactive mindset with a desire to grow within the PPC and digital marketing space
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for basic data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Amazon DSP, programmatic advertising, and display ad campaigns is a plus.
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, eBay) is beneficial but not required.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Creative problem-solving ability with a results-driven mindset and adaptability to changing market trends.
