Looking for 3-5 years of experience. Successful delivery of software projects by managing tasks, facilitating Agile processes, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You should bring a mix of hands-on software development experience, strong Agile methodology understanding, and the ability to gather and convert business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- 3–5 years of combined experience in software development, business analysis, and/or technical project coordination.
- Hands-on development background of 1,2 years of software development
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Support the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
- Assist senior project managers in managing timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure Agile best practices are followed across the teams.
- Maintain project documentation and artifacts.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding of features and deliverables.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of combined experience in software development, technical coordination, or business analysis.
- 1–2 years of hands-on software development experience with familiarity in coding practices, development tools, and SDLC.
- Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent.
- Strong skills in writing user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master Certified - SMC, Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO) are a plus.
