Apply Now● Provide strategic recommendations and thought leadership on Jira solutions, focusing on system design, optimization, workflows and automation capabilities.
● Assess and implement other tools to integrate with Jira (Google office products, Slack, Polarion and various plug-ins) for tracking and reporting.
● Create comprehensive implementation documentation for new Jira configurations and solutions.
● Conduct testing and demonstrations in the Jira development environment, collaborating with implementation teams to refine solutions before production deployment
● Design and document data migration strategies, including impact analysis on reporting and existing workflows
● Provide training and support to users, for any Jira related updates
● Partner with the central Jira admin team to ensure alignment with organization-wide
standards and best practices
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
● 5+ years of experience in Jira administration and architecture
● Strong understanding of Jira configuration, workflows, and automation capabilities
● Experience in technical documentation and solution design
● Proven track record of implementing complex Jira solutions in enterprise environments
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Qualifications
● Atlassian certifications
● Experience with Jira integrations and API development
● Knowledge of automotive or aerospace industry processes
● Experience with change management and process improvement
● Background in program management or business analysis
