The Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team in an office-based Internal Sales role. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key part in delivering excellent service and supporting our wider sales and operations teams. While the role is primarily office-based, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet customers face-to-face to help build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong sales focus
• Provide accurate and timely quotes, and follow up to build a solid pipeline
• Coordinate with operations to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries (DIFOT)
• Support external sales with lead generation and growth opportunities
• Assist with stock management and inventory coordination
•  Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer some flexibility around start and finish times to support a healthy work-life balance.

• Full Class 1 driver licence
• Customer service and sales experience
• Knowledge of steel or construction industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail and computer skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
