Job Title: Internal AuditorJob Summary:The Internal Auditor is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal control, and governance processes. The role involves conducting audits, assessing compliance with regulations and policies, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Audit Planning & ExecutionDevelop and implement audit plans based on risk assessments.Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits across various departments.Identify areas of financial and operational risks and recommend corrective actions.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare clear, concise, and well-documented audit reports.Present findings and recommendations to management.Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are implemented. Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: 2-4 years of internal audit and external audit.Certifications: CIA, or CISA certification is a plus.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and auditing standards.Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and report-writing skills.Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in industry-specific auditing, manufacturing).Familiarity with data analytics and audit automation tools.Knowledge of ERP systems strongly..
