This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong design sensibility and a desire to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of interior design concepts for luxury projects from concept through completion.Key Responsibilities:Assist senior designers in the development of design concepts, presentations, and project materialsConduct research and gather inspiration for design projectsCreate 2D and 3D designs, including floor plans, elevations, and renderingsSupport in sourcing finishes, materials, furniture, and accessories for high-end interiorsAssist with the preparation of design presentations, reports, and other project documentationAbility to interpret and create technical drawings and specificationsCoordinate with internal teams (architecture and construction) to ensure design intent is carried throughAssess the client's project requirementsDevelop clear and accurate briefs that fully express the client’s needsExpand and develop designs to align with the client’s brief, budget and regulations Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related fieldProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with 3D rendering software (Lumion) is a plusExcellent organizational and communication skillsA valid driver’s license
