We are looking for an IT Operations Analyst to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets.

This is a 24/7 IT Support position for on-premises systems (Linux, Windows) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure), including applications and infrastructure management (VMware, vCenter).

• Understanding of Kubernetes and Openshift.
• Proficient in the ITIL framework, best practices, and hands-on experience with ITSM tools.
• Solid understanding of scripting languages such as Bash, Shell, and Python.
• Familiar with CI/CD Tools and Processes.
• Strong knowledge of the networking stack for effective troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of how financial markets work.
