In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in Hebrew, providing support and guidance on digital marketing and SEO solutions. Join our innovative team and make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional service to our valued customers!Your ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients in Hebrew to address inquiries and provide assistance regarding digital marketing and SEO solutions.Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate follow-up and service improvement.Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service processes and outcomes.Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices.
