- Work closely with product management and marketing to ensure alignment on product features, benefits, and the development of effective sales collateral.
- Develop key performance metrics for the presales team to track effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a presales role, with proven experience in managing a team.
- Strong understanding of ICT solutions and services, especially in the fields of telecommunications and managed services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of developing and mentoring team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective client engagement and solution crafting.
