Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, supporting our workforce, and contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare.

As an HR Generalist, you will be a key partner in fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace. You will support the Human Resources team in executing various HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions across departments, including sourcing, CV screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating assessment tests
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support the performance review process by coordinating feedback sessions, tracking employee progress, and ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  • Assist in the coordination of training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer and maintain HRIS system, ensuring data validity and providing insightful analytics and reports to support decision-making
  • Maintain and monitor employee records, ensuring timely updates and compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Effectively communicate with team members on an ongoing basis.
  • Responding to HR-related queries within the company.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social & Behavioural Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s HR degree or professional HR certification is a strong plus.
  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language (both oral & written)
  • Experience with HR software (e.g., Workable, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Dedication to operational excellence
  • Demonstrated product knowledge and dedication to operational excellence.
