Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role, ideally in the accounting sector.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to analyze data and generate reports for informed decision-making.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
