Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify their online payment solution needs and deliver personalized assistance.
• Guide clients through the setup and integration of our payment systems on their platforms.
• Address inquiries and provide technical support regarding payment processing in Greek.
• Facilitate training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the effectiveness of our solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and client satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients to inform improvements and innovation in our services.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in the online payment industry.

• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in consulting, customer support, or related roles in online payment systems is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce systems and online payment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Able to assess client needs and deliver effective, customized solutions.
• Technical knowledge of payment processing platforms is a plus.
