You will play a crucial role in building our workforce, contributing to our mission of leadership growth on a global scale. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals.
• Partner with our program director to understand talent pools.
• Source and engage with top talent using various recruitment methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from talent sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and candidate experience.
• Access our library of mindset and self-image improvement e-courses, leadership development seminars to sharpen your skillsets
• Utilize our automated CRM system to streamline the work flow

• A strong belief in the value of continual growth and self-improvement.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to taking actions and achieving measurable results.
• Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role is a strong asset
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition and sourcing strategies and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Dedicate 15-20 hours per week consistently to client engagement and professional development.
• Passion for coaching and developing individuals, with a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
