PURPOSE:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist in the development of presentations, product orders and content uploads to support Brand & Omni-Channel Marketing teammates
• Support communication and transparency amongst the team by maintaining project tracker with weekly status updates
• Lead and complete capstone project (to be defined) in support of a 2025 Icon marketing campaign
• Gather market analysis on consumer and competitive landscape to inform campaign development
• Present ideas to engage with our consumer beyond the digital & social realm

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.), and PowerPoint
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Collaborative, hard-working, proactive and coachable
• Interested in sneaker, streetwear and fashion culture and willing to research/observe other brands in these spaces
• Inclusive, empathetic and open-minded

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate College or University pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Anticipated undergraduate graduation date is Winter 2025 or Spring 2026

• Eligible to work in the US without restrictions
• Able to work out of our Boston HQ three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday)
• Available to participate in our full-time on-site internship program from June 9th to Aug 15th
