Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding digital marketing and SEO solutions.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and guidance.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting issues and ensure they receive a prompt resolution.
• Document interactions meticulously to maintain comprehensive customer records.

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology is a plus.
• Proficient in using customer management tools and software.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
