This role is designed for individuals passionate about financial technology and online payment systems, aiming to provide top-tier consulting services to our clients.ResponsibilitiesEngage with German-speaking clients to understand their requirements related to online payment solutions.Provide expert advice and support in implementing and optimizing online payment systems for various businesses.Conduct thorough analyses of clients' current payment processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and security.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs.Assist clients in navigating complex payment regulations and compliance requirements.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in online payment solutions to inform clients effectively.Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through excellent service and communication. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.Proven experience in consulting, particularly within online payment solutions or financial technology.Strong knowledge of payment systems, gateways, and related compliance standards.Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking.Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to clients.Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms is a plus.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
