Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on their payment solution requirements and deliver customized support.
• Assist in the setup and integration of online payment systems for client platforms.
• Respond to technical inquiries and payment process questions in German.
• Provide training sessions for clients to maximize utilization of our payment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer experiences.
• Collect client feedback to help drive product development and improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry standards and trends in online payments.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in consulting or customer support related to online payment systems is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce and online payment solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relations.
• Aptitude for analyzing customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
• Technical knowledge of payment platforms and related software is desirable.
