Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is searching for a motivated German Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Department. Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support in German through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to the use and implementation of AI technologies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Educate users about features and functionalities of AI products to enhance their understanding and utilization.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues to contribute to knowledge base improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI trends and product developments to provide informed support.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly in technology or software environments, is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and articulate solutions clearly to users.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and support tools.
  • Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends as needed.
